For a service or repeat-build requirement, send the board revision and approved MPN. Do not substitute another LPDDR generation based on capacity alone; ask engineering to check the controller interface and device ball assignment.
The BF package is part of this request. A supplier offering a different package ending should provide a separate part number and drawing for approval, even if the quote describes the same total memory density.

A quotation quoting 200 MHz and one quoting 400 MT/s may be referring to clock and data-transfer rate respectively. Ask which unit the seller is using before treating the difference as a speed upgrade.
