3200 MT/s and a 1600 MHz clock describe the same speed bin
Micron lists -062E at 0.625 ns tCK and 3200 MT/s. The reciprocal of that clock period is 1600 MHz; DDR transfers data on both clock edges. Do not compare an offer quoting MHz with one quoting MT/s as though those numbers used the same unit.
The -062E timing row specifies 22-22-22 at this bin. A DDR4 label alone does not establish those timings, and the board's actual operating rate still depends on its controller and validated configuration.
Exact-model purchasing
TB, x16 and :R each identify a different part of the requirement
TB identifies the 96-ball 7.5 × 13.0 mm package; 512M16 identifies the x16 organization. Micron's addressing table distinguishes x16 from x8: this x16 organization has two bank groups with four banks per group. Equal 8Gb density is not enough to approve an x8 alternative.
The final :R is the die revision. This requested code has no IT temperature marker, so it must not be represented as MT40A512M16TB-062E IT:R. Similarly, a :J offer is a different revision to review, not an automatically equivalent spelling.
